Time for the event and playing at the Playhouse is 3 hours.

Preparations can be made 15 minutes before the start of the party and the premises have to be released at the agreed time.

When the agreed time is over its limit, extra minutes (1 minute = 1 euro) will be added. The invoice will be forwarded to the email.

Mon-Fri 10:00 – 13:00; 14.00 – 17:00 150 €

Mon-Thu 18:00 – 21:00 175 €

Fri. 18:00 – 21:00 190 €

Sat-Sun and bank holidays 190 €

Additional services

Additional time by agreement 30 min 30 €

After event cleaning 35 €

* With ordered cleaning fee, ballpit balls must be put back into the ballpit at the end of the event and the tables must remain empty. We will do the rest :))

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE PARTY?

🔸 Playroom (170 m2) for full 3 hours

🔸 Medium size installation of balloons (colors are suitable for girls and boys)

🔸 Large climbing area with a house, slide, observation deck and bridge

🔸 Lots of educational toys

🔸 Only wooden toys – no plastic!

🔸 Table soccer

🔸 Tables and chairs for adults (16 seats) and children (16 seats)

🔸 Filter coffee machine and kettle. Please make sure to bring your own milk with you. 

🔸 JBL Charge 5 portable speaker

🔸 Coffee / black tea + sugar

🔸 There are some serving dishes (4 medium bowls, 5 plates, e.g. for snacks), jugs, vases, 15 mugs, cutting board, cutlery (including cake spatula, knives).

🔸 Spacious refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave

🔸 Restroom: changing table, pottie, wet and dry wipes, diapers 

🔸 Free parking

Booking conditions

  • A booking fee of 45 EUR must be paid to confirm your reservation. The amount must be paid to the account of Playhouse OÜ Swedbank EE332200221079008867 within one day.

  • The remaining part is paid by bank transfer not later than the day of the event or in cash before the start of the event.

  • The reservation is not allowed to be cancelled and the booking fee is non-refundable.

  • In case of cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible (no later than 24 hours before the scheduled event). In this case, you can agree on a new time for the event, which can be used during the next 4 months, subject to availability.
  • Reservation can be changed once.
  • Payment for the reservation must be made on time, otherwise the game studio will release the date for new guests.
  • Payment for additional services is made by agreement.
